FAMILY CAMPING EVENT

$100 Standard Camping Admission (Per Tent)
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL ENDS JULY 1ST
$20 Day Pass Admission (Adults 13 & Older)
$10 Day Pass Admission (Kids 12 & Under)

Family, Camping, Fun!
APH Family Camping Event is a 3 day family oriented camping event. It is a gathering of families from all over Central Texas in an effort to strengthen relationships within individual households along with fun & fellowship amongst other believers.
PLEASE:
No recreational/all-terrain vehicles
No firearms No pets allowed
No charcoal grills No smoking
No alcohol No drones
Propane grills and personal generators are permitted.
Disclaimer: No children to be left unattended under the age of 12.
Quite time: 11pm-8am

Friday - Gates open at 10:00AM for Overnight Campers

Arrive at Caleb Ranch.

Please make sure your ticket is printed and ready to show at the gate entrance.

Vehicles will be permitted near campsite for unloading and then required to be moved to designated parking area.

Setup tent and personal belongings in designated camping area for overnight campers.
Saturday - Gates open at 9:00AM for Single Day Non-Campers

Vehicles will be directed to designated parking area.
Opening Ceremony
Saturday morning at 10:00AM everyone will gather at the Cabin Deck. All instructions will be given then.
Concession/Food
-
No full concession will be available. On Saturday a meal deal will be available for purchase during lunch hours (12pm-2pm) only.

Bringing personal ice chest and own food is permitted and encouraged.
Activities to participate in

Family Movie Night, Flag Football, Cornhole Tournament, Kid's Zone and Etc.
